Cancellation Policy – Lakshya Cab Service

Lakshya Cab Service allows customers to cancel bookings according to the cancellation policy described below.

Free Cancellation

Bookings cancelled more than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time will not incur any charges.

Partial Cancellation Fee

Cancellations made within 12–24 hours of pickup time may incur a cancellation charge of up to 20%.

Late Cancellation

Cancellations within 6 hours of pickup may incur a charge of up to 50% of the booking amount.

No Show

If the passenger does not arrive at the pickup location within 30 minutes of the scheduled time, the booking may be treated as a no-show and full charges may apply.
